How it reads
Three things to read. Nothing else.

Position
Left to right is time, with a line for today. Bottom to top is priority, from 1 to 10. What matters most and is due soonest sits up and to the left.
Size
Bigger bubbles have more tasks left. Tick off a task and the bubble shrinks, so you can see the work getting lighter.
Colour
Each project is a strength, weakness, opportunity or threat. Red is kept for one thing only: a deadline that has passed.
